As part of the Retail and Real Estate Development division, we analyze the characteristics of a specific area chosen. For example, in order to place a new commercial structure on the market, we carry out the necessary assessments for:
- detect the presence of potential customers and any competitors,
- deduce the potential of that area and then define the hypotheses of location and sizing of the investment, based on the potential demand;
- identify areas to be redeveloped or regenerated, designing and building mixed-use buildings;
- acquire areas resulting from the alienation of public assets by proposing urban regeneration and redevelopment projects.
In the event that the investment has already been defined, our assessment gives the opportunity to understand if the project is compatible with the expectations regarding the area on which you want to settle.
Our projects therefore arise, in any case, from targeted studies and compliance with all regulations, in order to achieve the best quality / price ratio.
