The protagonist of the company, as well as founder of Re.De., is Carlo Caiffa, a young entrepreneur with experience in consulting and business strategy and a desire to create cutting-edge ideas.

He abandoned the position of consultant held for two leading national companies based in Milan, returned to his land in 2004, at the age of 25 he is founder, General Manager and chief executive of Re.De.

From 2005 to 2009, at the age of 28, he became a partner of Coop, developing a retail project in the area.

Re.De was until 2009 the exclusive partner for real estate development in Puglia, of an important national retail company owned by Coop, also performing the functions of EPC and technical office.

Re.De. stands out for its technical and organizational skills and competences, with cutting-edge methodologies and technologies that allow it to meet customer needs, ensuring high quality on budget and on schedule.

His investments in the territory in the residential sector as a real estate developer are distinguished by the uniqueness of the architecture and design, with collaborations with nationally renowned architects and designers.

His projects redevelop, through demolition and reconstruction, pieces of the city and the territory in central areas and are characterized by high quality and technological standards.

Re.De. collaborates directly with companies such as Gyproc Saint Gobain for dry thermal and acoustic insulation systems, Schuco with its industry-leading high quality fixtures, Bticino for home automation and Daikin for heating and cooling systems, studying ad hoc solutions together for his projects.

The company as a General Contractor, through its internal technical office or making use of highly specialized consultancy, is responsible for the conception, design and construction of complex residential, commercial and office building works, with engineering and construction solutions at the avant-garde and in compliance with the latest regulations on eco-sustainability and safety.

Re.De. guarantees high standards of quality, functionality and safety at work. A group of capable, qualified and attentive collaborators work in the company: engineers, surveyors, site managers, skilled workers and various other professionals.

It is also able, with its Real Estate Development Division, to find adequate financial resources or to place the income property in special real estate funds.
